This work of art by Maurice Sterne could be acquired at Christies in New York in December 2007 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The House Sale auction, the work Study Of A Seated Male Nude And Two Companion Drawings changed hands for USD 1,000.00 (€ 684.79) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,200.00 – 1,800.00.
