Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 937,50 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maurice Guiraud-Rivière auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les Trois Haleurs ou la Force circa 1925 im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 8.287,50 (€ 7.916,23).
