The work Nu debout by Maurice Guiraud-Rivière was auctioned at Christies in Paris in October 2008. It achieved a price of EUR 937.50 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56 %. Admittedly, works by Maurice Guiraud-Rivière have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les Trois Haleurs ou la Force circa 1925 in June last year with an auction result of USD 8,287.50 (€ 7,916.23).

Die Arbeit Nu debout von Maurice Guiraud-Rivière kam im Oktober 2008 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 937,50 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maurice Guiraud-Rivière auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les Trois Haleurs ou la Force circa 1925 im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 8.287,50 (€ 7.916,23).
