Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A vase of peacock feathers, assorted swords, a pistol, a saddle and other orientalist objects on a table by Maurice Bompard was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2002. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,525.00 (€ 5,519.97). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maurice Bompard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La rivière d'El-Kantara in December 2013 with an auction result of EUR 76,146.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A vase of peacock feathers, assorted swords, a pistol, a saddle and other orientalist objects on a table von Maurice Bompard kam im November 2002 bei Christies in London zur Auktion.
