Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2004 Koller held the auction Impressionismus & Moderne, which included the work Objektkasten. 2002. by Matias Spescha. The price achieved of CHF 1,785.00 (€ 1,170.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Matias Spescha achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peinture "Grau-Schwarz", 1961 in June 2001 with an auction result of CHF 29,375.00 (€ 19,290.99).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2004 führte Koller die Auktion Impressionismus & Moderne durch, in der auch die Arbeit Objektkasten. 2002. von Matias Spescha zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 1.785,00 (€ 1.170,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Matias Spescha erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peinture "Grau-Schwarz", 1961 im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 29.375,00 (€ 19.290,99).
