Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2007 Christies in Paris held the auction Intérieurs, which included the work Rouen, Paris et Londres by Mathias Guillo. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 120.00 – 180.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 132.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Mathias Guillo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work (i): Côte bretonne (ii): Ouessant in April 2007 with an auction result of EUR 540.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2007 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Intérieurs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Rouen, Paris et Londres von Mathias Guillo zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 120,00 – 180,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 132,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mathias Guillo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit (i): Côte bretonne (ii): Ouessant im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 540,00.
