A top price for Mathew Weir - as previously expected
The work "Today's The Day We Die". by Mathew Weir was sold in the From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection auction at VAN HAM in Cologne in June 2021. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,870.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, "Today's The Day We Die". is the most expensive artwork by Mathew Weir that we have observed at auctions so far.
