This artwork by Martin Peikert achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in January 2015. In the 20/21 Posters The Ski Sale auction, the work Mob sold for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 16,636.40) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Martin Peikert; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Verbier sold at auction in January 2015 with the realized price of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 28,281.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Martin Peikert erzielte im Januar 2015 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20/21 Posters The Ski Sale wurde die Arbeit Mob für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 16.636,40) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Martin Peikert; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Verbier im Januar 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 28.281,89).
