This work without title by Marthe Wéry was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2016. It achieved a price of EUR 3,750.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25 %. Admittedly, works by Marthe Wéry have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,205.98).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Marthe Wéry wurde im April 2016 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.750,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marthe Wéry auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.205,98).
