Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tagued Station by Martha Cooper was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in June 2009. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 638.00. Admittedly, works by Martha Cooper have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Duro, Doze, Mare139, Sha147, Daze, Pink, Crash Jumping From Amphiteater, Manhattan, 1982 - 2008 in November 2021 with an auction result of EUR 2,860.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tagued Station von Martha Cooper kam im Juni 2009 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 638,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Martha Cooper auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Duro, Doze, Mare139, Sha147, Daze, Pink, Crash Jumping From Amphiteater, Manhattan, 1982 - 2008 im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.860,00.
