In November this year Bonhams in London held the auction British and European Art, which included the work 'Runswick' by Mark Senior. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,096.00 (€ 4,746.37), 37% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mark Senior achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The tennis player in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 52,500.00 (€ 61,567.14).

Im November diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion British and European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Runswick' von Mark Senior zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.096,00 (€ 4.746,37) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mark Senior erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The tennis player im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 52.500,00 (€ 61.567,14).
