Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Speed Sterility by Marius Bercea was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in London in July this year. The price achieved of GBP 5,334.00 (€ 6,223.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marius Bercea have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sundown in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 28,729.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Speed Sterility von Marius Bercea wurde im Juli diesen Jahres in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.334,00 (€ 6.223,16) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marius Bercea auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sundown im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 28.729,25).
