Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Incontro a tre by Mario Rossello for EUR 300.00. This price was achieved in the auction Modern and Contemporary Art | Silver and Decorative Objects at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 320.00 – 400.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Mario Rossello have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Paesaggio (fessura e fiore) in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 3,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Incontro a tre von Mario Rossello für EUR 300,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art | Silver and Decorative Objects bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 320,00 – 400,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mario Rossello auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Paesaggio (fessura e fiore) im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.000,00.
