This artwork by Mario Restelli achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2021. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo auction, the work La modella sold for EUR 1,100.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Mario Restelli; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Ciclisti sold at auction in November 2015 with the realized price of EUR 1,200.00.

Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Mario Restelli; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Ciclisti im November 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 1.200,00.
