Despite a disappointment, a good price for Mario Dubsky
When the work In the Dark Descent by Mario Dubsky was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2005, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,539.27). Despite this disappointing result, In the Dark Descent is the most expensive artwork by Mario Dubsky that we have observed at auction so far.

Als die Arbeit In the Dark Descent von Mario Dubsky im Oktober 2005 bei Christies in London versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus.
