In April 2013 Bukowski in Helsinki held the auction Modern + Contemporary, Helsinki F166, which included the work "Prison Of The Body". by Marika Mäkelä. The result of EUR 10,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, "Prison Of The Body". is the most expensive artwork by Marika Mäkelä that we have observed at auctions so far.
