Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Paintings, furniture and varia, which included the work A small house in sunshine, in the background Nivå Bay by Marie Luplau. The price achieved of DKK 3,600.00 (€ 483.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Marie Luplau - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work “Motiv fra Farum”, which sold at auction in March this year for DKK 12,500.00 (€ 1,677.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia durch, in der auch die Arbeit A small house in sunshine, in the background Nivå Bay von Marie Luplau zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von DKK 3.600,00 (€ 483,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Marie Luplau mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit “Motiv fra Farum” beobachtet, die im März diesen Jahres für DKK 12.500,00 (€ 1.677,47) versteigert wurde.
