This artwork by Maria Pergay achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in December 2021. In the The Hoarder: Part III auction, the work Ribbon Pouf (Blue) sold for GBP 21,420.00 (€ 25,549.57) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Maria Pergay - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lit De Repos, Le Modèle Créé Vers 1968, which sold at auction in June 2021 for EUR 75,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Maria Pergay erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Hoarder: Part III wurde die Arbeit Ribbon Pouf (Blue) für GBP 21.420,00 (€ 25.549,57) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Maria Pergay mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lit De Repos, Le Modèle Créé Vers 1968 beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für EUR 75.000,00 versteigert wurde.
