Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Night by Maria Iakunchikova was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in London in November 2020. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 17,500.00 (€ 19,535.91), 17% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maria Iakunchikova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work From a window of the old house, Vvedenskoe in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 690,850.00 (€ 806,496.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Night von Maria Iakunchikova wurde im November 2020 in der Auktion Russian Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 19.535,91) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maria Iakunchikova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit From a window of the old house, Vvedenskoe im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 690.850,00 (€ 806.496,64).
