Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Christies held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Moonrise; Study For 'Country Road'; And Mélancholie Des Souvenirs by Maria Iakunchikova. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,078.41) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maria Iakunchikova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work From a window of the old house, Vvedenskoe in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 690,850.00 (€ 806,496.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Christies die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Moonrise; Study For 'Country Road'; And Mélancholie Des Souvenirs von Maria Iakunchikova zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.078,41) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maria Iakunchikova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit From a window of the old house, Vvedenskoe im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 690.850,00 (€ 806.496,64).
