In June 2021 Christies held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Four Flower Studies by Maria Iakunchikova. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,826.30), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maria Iakunchikova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work From a window of the old house, Vvedenskoe in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 690,850.00 (€ 806,496.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2021 führte Christies die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Four Flower Studies von Maria Iakunchikova zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.826,30) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maria Iakunchikova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit From a window of the old house, Vvedenskoe im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 690.850,00 (€ 806.496,64).
