The auction ended at the price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,348.23), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Margaret Morris - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Anita And Myself, which sold at auction in May 2008 for GBP 70,100.00 (€ 89,170.26).
