Auction result misses estimated price range
In June last year a collector was able to acquire the work Dal belvedere by Marco Calderini for EUR 700.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marco Calderini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A quiet pond in a forest clearing in December 2004 with an auction result of USD 23,900.00 (€ 17,654.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Dal belvedere von Marco Calderini für EUR 700,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marco Calderini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A quiet pond in a forest clearing im Dezember 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 23.900,00 (€ 17.654,01).
