A top price for Marcel Pouget
This artwork by Marcel Pouget achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in October 2011. In the Jean Pollak Collection auction, the work Epaves N°4, 1966 sold for EUR 6,375.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. This high result makes Epaves N°4, 1966 the most expensive artwork by Marcel Pouget that we have observed at auctions so far.
