In October 2012 Christies in London held the auction Aynhoe Park - A Modern Grand Tour, which included this untitled work by Marc Cavell. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 23,750.00 (€ 29,528.96), 58% above the upper estimate. This high result makes the work without title the most expensive artwork by Marc Cavell that we have observed at auctions so far.
