However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Marc Antoine Michel Hamon Duplessis - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work An extensive landscape with peasants and travellers by a tent; and An extensive landscape with peasants and travellers, a town beyond, which sold at auction in December 2005 for GBP 11,400.00 (€ 16,546.46).
