In December 2009 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction 19th Century European Paintings and Modern & Contemporary Art, which included the work French Figures by B. Louttre. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,625.00 63% above the upper estimate. This high result makes French Figures the most expensive artwork by B. Louttre that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Dezember 2009 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings and Modern & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit French Figures von B. Louttre zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.625,00 und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht French Figures zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von B. Louttre, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
