Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2010 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Composition, 1955 by B. Louttre. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 893.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by B. Louttre have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2009 the work French Figures was auctioned for EUR 1,625.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2010 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition, 1955 von B. Louttre zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 893,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von B. Louttre konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2009 die Arbeit French Figures für EUR 1.625,00 versteigert.
