This artwork by Manlio Rho achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2019. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Composizione sold for EUR 30,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Manlio Rho; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Senza Titolo sold at auction in May 2007 with the realized price of EUR 42,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 100 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Manlio Rho erzielte im Dezember 2019 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Composizione für EUR 30.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Manlio Rho; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Senza Titolo im Mai 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 42.000,00.
