In the Tableaux, Sculptures et Dessins Anciens et du XIXe siècle auction, the work Two Views Of Venice: The Piazza San Marco With The Basilica ; The Rialto Bridge From The North With The Fondaco Dei Tedeschi On The Left And And The Palazzo Dei Camerlenghi On The Right sold for EUR 175,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 80,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Apollonio Domenichini; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Venice, A View Of Piazza San Marco With The Basilica; Venice, A View From The Giudecca Facing East With The Churches Of The Redentore And The Chiesa Delle Zitelle sold at auction in December 2014 with the realized price of GBP 206,500.00 (€ 265,833.98).
