Auction result misses estimated price range
In September this year a collector was able to acquire the work "Taroudant" by Madeleine Pyk for SEK 28,000.00 (€ 2,428.57). This price was achieved in the auction Sivert Oldenvi Collection H066 at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Madeleine Pyk achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Croquet in October 2013 with an auction result of SEK 310,000.00 (€ 35,802.56).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Taroudant" von Madeleine Pyk für SEK 28.000,00 (€ 2.428,57) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Sivert Oldenvi Collection H066 bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Madeleine Pyk erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Croquet im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 310.000,00 (€ 35.802,56).
