Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2015 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas, which included the work Listening To Pine by Lü Fengzi. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 74,750.00 (€ 8,638.91), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lü Fengzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lady Holding Qin in December 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,100,000.00 (€ 116,026.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2015 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Listening To Pine von Lü Fengzi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 74.750,00 (€ 8.638,91) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lü Fengzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lady Holding Qin im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.100.000,00 (€ 116.026,17).
