Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Scholar By The Pine by Lü Fengzi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. The price achieved of HKD 125,000.00 (€ 14,754.47) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lü Fengzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lady Holding Qin in December 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,100,000.00 (€ 116,026.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Scholar By The Pine von Lü Fengzi kam im April 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 14.754,47) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lü Fengzi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lady Holding Qin im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.100.000,00 (€ 116.026,17).
