The work Olgas, Dreamtime by Luke Elwes was sold in the 20TH CENTURY BRITISH ART auction at Christies in London in August 2005. It achieved a price of GBP 1,080.00 (€ 1,577.69), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. With this result, Olgas, Dreamtime is even the most expensive work of art by Luke Elwes that we have observed at auctions so far.
