Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled (Sheats-Goldstein House, #37), 2007 by Luisa Lambri for USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,575.77). This price was achieved in the auction Aperture at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Luisa Lambri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Absolutely necessary) in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 11,780.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled (Sheats-Goldstein House, #37), 2007 von Luisa Lambri für USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.575,77) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Aperture bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Luisa Lambri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Absolutely necessary) im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.780,00.
