Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2018 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Art Contemporain Day Sale, which included this untitled work by Luis Feito. The price achieved of EUR 10,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luis Feito achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work N. 175 B in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 108,000.00 (€ 160,106.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2018 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Art Contemporain Day Sale durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Luis Feito zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luis Feito erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit N. 175 B im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 108.000,00 (€ 160.106,12).
