Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%

This artwork by Luis Feito achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Paris in December last year. In the Art de l'Avant-Garde à nos jours1918-2021 auction, the work 542 sold for EUR 31,875.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Luis Feito have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work N. 175 B in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 108,000.00 (€ 160,106.12).

Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen

Dieses Kunstwerk von Luis Feito erzielte im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art de l'Avant-Garde à nos jours1918-2021 wurde die Arbeit 542 für EUR 31.875,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Luis Feito auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit N. 175 B im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 108.000,00 (€ 160.106,12).
