Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2008 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Quetzalapan by Luis Armando Zesatti. The »bidding war« ended at USD 43,000.00 (€ 27,634.96), 23% above the upper estimate. Other works by Luis Armando Zesatti have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 46,875.00 (€ 37,912.49) in May 2012 for the work Jardines De La Reina.

Im Mai 2008 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Quetzalapan von Luis Armando Zesatti zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 43.000,00 (€ 27.634,96) und damit 23% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Luis Armando Zesatti haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 46.875,00 (€ 37.912,49) im Mai 2012 für die Arbeit Jardines De La Reina beobachtet.
