The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 31,000.00 (€ 19,912.64) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Luigi Sorio have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2015 the work Scorcio di Piazza della Scala dalla Galleria Vittorio Emanuele was auctioned for EUR 22,000.00.
