Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luigi Crosio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Beautiful Slave in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 114,000.00 (€ 83,455.34).

Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis

Die Arbeit Scorcio orientale con figure von Luigi Crosio kam im Oktober 2015 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 120,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 120,00 – 150,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luigi Crosio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Beautiful Slave im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 114.000,00 (€ 83.455,34).
