When the work Café Parisien (Bal Tabarin) by Ludovic-Rodo Pissarro was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2011, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - GBP 3,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than seven times as high at GBP 22,500.00 (€ 24,892.07). This high result makes Café Parisien (Bal Tabarin) the most expensive artwork by Ludovic-Rodo Pissarro that we have observed at auctions so far.

Als die Arbeit Café Parisien (Bal Tabarin) von Ludovic-Rodo Pissarro im Juni 2011 bei Christies in London versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches.
