In October 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Scultura in ferro battuto raffigurante barbabietola (h. cm 65) by Luciano Zanoni for EUR 1,500.00. This price was achieved in the auction Art, Collections, Wonderful Passions | The Giorgio Soavi Collection at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,800.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Luciano Zanoni have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2010 by the work Pianta d'uva at EUR 2,000.00.
