Auction result well in line with expectations
In December last year Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Sans titre - 1960 by Lucebert. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,280.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucebert achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dutch Dorfsscène in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 132,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre - 1960 von Lucebert zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.280,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucebert erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dutch Dorfsscène im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 132.000,00.
