In January 2024 POLY held the auction Collections of paintings preserved by overseas collectors IV, which included the work Remote View Of Lake And Mountains by Lu Yanshao. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 13,200.00 (€ 2,028.11), 65% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Yanshao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunrise In Tai Mountain in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 16,250,000.00 (€ 1,855,531.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 65 % übertroffen
Im Januar 2024 führte POLY die Auktion Collections of paintings preserved by overseas collectors IV durch, in der auch die Arbeit Remote View Of Lake And Mountains von Lu Yanshao zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 13.200,00 (€ 2.028,11) und damit 65% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Yanshao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sunrise In Tai Mountain im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.250.000,00 (€ 1.855.531,33).
