Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Lu Yanshao was auctioned at China Guardian in October last year. The price achieved of HKD 216,000.00 (€ 27,679.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 180,000.00 – 280,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Yanshao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunrise In Tai Mountain in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 16,250,000.00 (€ 1,855,531.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Lu Yanshao kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 216.000,00 (€ 27.679,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 180.000,00 – 280.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Yanshao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sunrise In Tai Mountain im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.250.000,00 (€ 1.855.531,33).
