The work Du Fu Move To Sichuan by Lu Yanshao was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April this year. It achieved a price of HKD 204,000.00 (€ 208,323.91), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 36%. Admittedly, works by Lu Yanshao have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sunrise In Tai Mountain in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 16,250,000.00 (€ 1,855,531.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 36 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Du Fu Move To Sichuan von Lu Yanshao wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 204.000,00 (€ 208.323,91) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 36%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lu Yanshao auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sunrise In Tai Mountain im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.250.000,00 (€ 1.855.531,33).
