Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2008 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Photography, which included the work Saint-Cloud, Circa 1851 by Louis-Rémy Robert. The price achieved of EUR 3,718.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Louis-Rémy Robert have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Henriette Robert, C.1850 in May 2005 with an auction result of GBP 16,800.00 (€ 24,802.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2008 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Photography durch, in der auch die Arbeit Saint-Cloud, Circa 1851 von Louis-Rémy Robert zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.718,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louis-Rémy Robert auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Henriette Robert, C.1850 im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.800,00 (€ 24.802,07).
