Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work First snow by Louis Pulinckx was auctioned at Christies in London in January 2003. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 646.25 (€ 989.81). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Louis Pulinckx - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A peaceful river landscape with fishermen sorting out their nets on a jetty, which sold at auction in August 2003 for GBP 1,880.00 (€ 2,699.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit First snow von Louis Pulinckx kam im Januar 2003 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 646,25 (€ 989,81) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Louis Pulinckx mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A peaceful river landscape with fishermen sorting out their nets on a jetty beobachtet, die im August 2003 für GBP 1.880,00 (€ 2.699,18) versteigert wurde.
