However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lié Louis Périn-Salbreux - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A young lady in a landscape, facing right in white dress with blue sash, brown shawl draped around her shoulders, short curly dark hair; flowers and foliate background, which sold at auction in November 2001 for GBP 25,850.00 (€ 41,135.49).
