Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work La guérite by Louis Armand Nallard for EUR 478.00. This price was achieved in the auction PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 700.00 – 900.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis Armand Nallard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Joueur De Tarots, 1974 in October 2011 with an auction result of EUR 6,120.00.
