Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,284.23) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lorenzo De Ferrari have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Adorazione Dei Pastori in June 2011 with an auction result of EUR 48,750.00.
